OUR POLICIES

Your spot is held for one week pending the return of enrollment form, behaviour questionnaire and payment.  If payment or delivery of forms will be delayed contact Jennifer regarding the date they are to be expected and whether or not your spot can be held until then.  If your form has not been received without phone call then you run the risk of forfeiting your spot.  Jennifer Reed only takes on a certain amount of clients’ cases at any given time to ensure availability and support. Jennifer Reed -Leader of the Pack selects clientele to work with to ensure quality and success.

I understand that working and handling a dog is not without risk to myself, family members, trainer or guests or those in the community, or my dog.  There are many variables in life,  dogs to which we may be exposed, whether in my class or in passing, may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest of care or otherwise.  And because accidents may happen in the course of moving about which may cause physical injury, I hereby waive and release Jennifer Reed, Leader of the pack touch-free dog training, its landlords, employees and other agents from any and all liability of any nature for injury or damage that I my dog, members of my family, or my guests or to my property may suffer at any and all times.

I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending any dog related sessions while I am on the LEADER OF THE PACK grounds or surrounding thereto in any public venue.  I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leader of the pack, their landlord, employees and agents from any and all claims by me or claims by my family, third party claims, or any other person accompanying my dog or me to Leader of the Pack and any other function of LEADER OF THE PACK now and in the future. I realize that I will be given the tools and techniques to complete a behaviour modification program and must follow the directions given or the behaviour modification plan could fail.

I acknowledge that I understand there are no refunds or transfer of funds to any class or session, no changing classes what so ever after the first class.  The fee paid was for that specific session and not to be applied to any other class nor service.  If canceling a contract prior to the first, and only the first class/visit, after payment has been remitted, there will be a $30 administration fee.  If there is an NSF payment there will be a fee of $20 charged. If, during a contract of visits , you cancel a visit without 48 hours notice than the visit is forfeited and not to be rescheduled to a later date. 

I understand Leader of the Pack may refuse any dog or person for any reason, with out explanation and may cancel a session with any client with or without reason.  Client understands that non-compliance in the following of direction of behavioural advice could terminate services/contract immediately with LEADER OF THE PACK.   Services received from LEADER OF THE PACK are a privilege and not a right.  

 I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree with the terms and provisions of the waiver, assumption of risk and to hold harmless and that I am signing and delivering the same freely and voluntarily and unconditionally. 

I completely  agree to the original terms agreed upon when booking the time and number of visits with Jennifer Reed-LEADER OF THE PACK TOUCH-FREE DOG TRAINING and understand that I am responsible for this contract number of visits.
